Dubai perfume & cosmetic trade was 26.84 billion in 2021, increased of 18% compared to 22.75 billion in 2020. perfume & cosmetic trade represented 1.77% of the total Dubai trade. Dubai's perfume & cosmetic trade represented 5.62% of the total global perfume & cosmetic trade.

Dubai perfume & cosmetic exports were AED 4.39 billion in 2021 which accounts for 1.96% of Dubai export. The top exported products were: Perfumes and toilet waters (HS Code: 330300), Cosmetic and toilet preparations; n.e.c. (HS Code: 330499) and Soap and organic surface-active products; in the form of bars (HS Code: 340111). The top export destinations were:  Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt and USA.

Dubai perfume & cosmetic imports were AED 12.98 billion in 2021 which accounted for 1.49% of the total Dubai imports. The top import products were: Perfumes and toilet waters (HS Code: 330300), Cosmetic and toilet preparations (HS Code: 330499) and Odoriferous substances and mixtures; (HS Code: 330290). The top import origins were: France, USA, Italy, Germany, and India.

Dubai perfume & cosmetic re-exports were AED 9.47 billion in 2021 which accounted for 2.26% of the total Dubai re-export. The top re-export products: Perfumes and toilet waters (HS Code: 330300), Cosmetic and toilet preparations (HS Code: 330499) and Hair preparations;  (HS Code: 330590). The top re-export destinations were: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, USA, Iraq, and Sultanate of Oman.
